Who is IMAGO coaching suitable for?

The coaching is aimed at the management, HR, other key personnel of companies, employers, and workplace communities across all industries — including public sector organizations.

What does IMAGO coaching include?

The coaching consists of an initial assessment and one or more theme-based training modules tailored to your company’s needs. Each training considers perspectives of diversity, inclusion, and language awareness. After completing the training, your company will receive a material package and practical tips to help you move forward.

 

Training Module 1 – From first impressions to talented professionals
For HR and recruiters (max. 5 participants per employer)

  • Successful recruitment and building an employer image

  • Best orientation practices and ensuring the success of a new employee

Training Module 2 – Inclusive leadership
For team leaders and management (max. 5 participants per employer)

  • Leadership practices that support diversity, well-being, and inclusion

For internationalizing workplaces (max. 10 participants per employer)

How is IMAGO coaching implemented?

IMAGO coaching is interactive and combines expert talks, group discussions, and practical tools. The coaching is carried out online, making it accessible regardless of location. Book a time that works best for your company.
