Planning to move to the Helsinki capital region? Join this session to learn about moving, living and settling in as an international newcomer.
International House Helsinki’s (IHH) Newcomer Information Sessions are here to provide you with a wide range of information, and support you in making the Helsinki capital region your new home. IHH organises regular Newcomer Information Sessions for international newcomers and their family members.
The online sessions are held in English and are open and free to attend for all newcomers who are moving or considering moving to the Helsinki region for work, business, or family. This Newcomer Information Session will cover the steps you need to take before and after you arrive in Finland.
The online session will also include information about housing, everyday life, daycare and education options, and the support available for partners and spouses. Please note that separate information sessions are organised on topics related to working life, such as finding a job or starting a business.
